Natural Sciences Department
The field of Natural Sciences has undergone enormous change in recent years, moving from a more theoretical approach to practical approaches at both Junior and Senior levels study. The department of Natural Sciences works very hard to cope-up with the changes and prepare pupils not only for National examination but also to develop values of excellence, innovation, inquiry, and curiosity, diversity, equity, and empathy, citizenly, community and participation, ecological sustainability, honesty, and integrity, respect and honour, faith in God, love, professionalism, discipline, tolerance, patriotism, hardwork and competencies.

Education
The fast changing curriculum pose to the department a challenge of continuously updating its mode of delivery of instructions to the learners to provide state-of-the art education. We apply scientific approaches to understanding concerns and challenges associated with teaching of Natural Sciences utilizing available and local resources to enhance the understanding of learners. We also provide our students with an enhancing array of education experiences through practical and hands – on participation at all levels.

Insert Programmes
The department conducts termly CPD's to familiarize the members with the developments in the natural Sciences curriculum and formulate effective methods and aids in teaching particular concepts.
The department propagates into the learners the sense and desire to conduct Science based research through its Home Work policy and participation in JUNIOR ENGINEERS TECHNICIANS SCIENTISTS (JETS) programs and competition at various levels. For the past consecutive years the department has had pupil representation at National JETS fairs.
